Cymph
by Spyridon Antonatos from CymphDescription
Cymph is an Incident Response Readiness platform that gives security teams continuous visibility into their response coverage: which threats they are ready to address, where the gaps are, and the tools to close those gaps.
The Cymph platform enables your team to proactively improve incident response readiness. Vendor-agnostic, it consolidates manual procedures and automated playbooks from every source your organisation uses, including SOARs, Confluence, and PDFs, into a unified view, mapped to industry standard security and compliance frameworks using AI-assisted suggestions your team can review and confirm.
Without ever leaving Cymph, teams can go from gap to action: creating and editing playbooks with AI, linking them to assets, tracking manual response workflows during live incidents and tabletop exercises alike, and continuously validating completeness by flagging missing ownership, deleted asset references, and outdated procedures before they become response failures.
The result: a live, always-current map of your response posture and the operational backbone your team needs to act on it with confidence."
b) in the vendor page, we would like to replace “All-in-One Playbook Management Platform” with “The Incident Response Readiness Platform”
c) in the solution page, we would like to replace the “Contact us” button with “Book a demo” which redirects to https://www.cymph.io/demo
If there isn’t any “Book a demo” button option, then we could replace “Contact us” link to https://www.cymph.io/contact

Cymph appreciation post
The no-code visual editor is a nice feature — we can build, adapt, and visualize security processes without writing a line of code, which lowers the barrier for non-technical stakeholders. The Public Playbook Hub (pre-built playbooks from sources like CISA) is a genuinely useful shortcut for teams.
The AI import and generation feature is promising — paste in a document or describe a scenario and get a draft playbook back — though how polished the output is in practice would require hands-on testing.
Collaboration-wise, Cymph offers real-time co-editing, granular RBAC, and cross-organization sharing, which is useful for MSSPs managing multiple clients or regulators pushing sector-wide standards.
