Great tool for interactive group exercises
As a consultancy, we use this tool together with customers in the context of cyber and business continuity exercises (typically table-tops). The tool is very useful to create interactive learning environments, and helps both the facilitator and the participants to keep progress through reusable scenarios. Great ROI when scenarios or part of the scenarios can be reused and adapted, and very effective for documenting the discussions and lessons learned, as the exercise report is generated by the exercise engine.

A Fantastic Tool Made by Secure Practice
In my previous experience, I have tried different tools to make training exciting and interesting, but I have never had a tool that helps me keep every person engaged until the last question. We use this tool made by Secure Practice to help SMEs better understand what cybersecurity is and how to be prepared when (hopefully never) the time comes to act against a cyber threat. We have reached more than 600 people across 400+ companies, and the results are astonishing. Almost 95% of all participants have said that it was interesting, easy to understand, and interactive. Even if they have had similar training before, nothing compares to this method.
Customer support is always reachable, friendly, and quick to help if any issues occur. I would say that the product is almost flawless, but looking at it from a user experience perspective, I would take off one star for scalability due to our local language. The built-in text-to-speech feature does not currently support Latvian pronunciation. However, it is a minor detail in an otherwise great tool!
