Description

Sycope is a network traffic monitoring and security solution that uses real-time flow analysis enriched with business context to optimize performance and safeguard IT infrastructure. It captures, processes, and analyzes all flow parameters—including SNMP, geolocation, and security feeds—turning raw data into actionable insights to detect network anomalies, measure latency, and identify potential threats. Sycope also leverages the NetFlow protocol for IT asset discovery. Designed with multitenancy in mind, the platform allows centralized management of multiple entities or independent IT networks through a single interface.

Sycope includes several dedicated modules to enhance network management:

• Performance: Focused on Layer 4 to Layer 7 monitoring, this module offers detailed TCP analytics, Layer 7 application detection, and application response time measurements—allowing for efficient triage and resolution of performance-related issues.
• Security: Helps detect and analyze security anomalies and threats across the entire organization. It supports network forensics, threat detection, and incident response processes by delivering contextual security insights.
• Asset Discovery: Enables real-time inventory tracking by monitoring devices and their associated assets through NetFlow data. It also offers dependency mapping to better understand the relationships between systems.
