For whom is Cyberhive EUROPE® developed?

Cyberhive EUROPE® is designed and created for European vendors and end-users. European vendors can be any size, from start-ups to large enterprises, and everything in between. End-users are the users looking for European cybersecurity products and services. This can vary from CISO, IT expert or private individuals.  

 

Registration

Why does it take up to 4 hours during working hours to get validated? 

Every potential user is validated manually. This means that the registration data is checked by the Cyberhive team in accordance with the entry policy. Sometimes, the verification email ends up in spam, so make sure to check your spam box if you have not had a follow-up email on your registration! What does it cost to enter Cyberhive EUROPE®?

That depends on the membership type you prefer. More on pricing can be found on the pricing page. There are special discounts for ECSO members, CYBERSECURITY MADE IN EUROPE label holders, and regions.

Access to Cyberhive EUROPE®

Who has access to Cyberhive EUROPE®?

Cyberhive EUROPE® is accessible for European organisations, who started in Europe and also have their headquarter's in Europe. For privately or publicly held businesses, the majority of the shareholders must be European entities. Europe is seen as the European Union (EU27), European Free Trade Association (EFTA) and European Economic Area (EEA) countries, as well as the United Kingdom (UK). 

Next to that, the following criteria apply: 

✔ Headquartered in Europe. If the company is a part of a group, then the group headquarters must be registered in Europe.
✔ No major ownership/control from outside of Europe.
Respect the European laws and regulation applicable to the company. Like data and privacy requirements, defined by the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
 
Okay, but which countries have access to Cyberhive EUROPE®? 

The following countries have access to Cyberhive Europe®: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom (UK), Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and, Switzerland.

How does the verification process work? 

Companies are verified by the Cyberhive Europe® team and evaluated on the above standing criteria. When a vendor complies, its access will be granted. If it does not comply with the criteria, the vendor's access will be denied. 

How long does the verification process take?

The verification process will take up to 4 hours on working days. You can visit your profile settings page at any time to check the status of the verification process. 

 

Payments

Why do I transfer to Mollie B.V.?

Mollie is our payment system, and therefore you will not directly pay for the membership to ECSO. 

Will I be charged during my trial period?

No, the trial period is completely free from the date you registered, until the last day of the 3 (three) months trial period. You can cancel your trial period at any time to avoid paying on the last day of your trial period. 

What happens when I cancel my subscription?

When you cancel your subscription, you can use your account until the last day of the trial period. After this day, all your account data will be deleted. For more information, read the email containing the confirmation of your membership. 

 

Cyberhive Community

What is the community?

The community is a knowledge hub for events and written content like articles, reports, and blogs. Members are open to contribute and interact on this content. We publish regular content as Cyberhive, and from ECSO. However, also members are open to share and publish content in the community. As long as they comply with our publication guidelines. 

How can I publish in the community?

Publishing in the community is possible for professional members and friends of the hive. You can also make a request if you are not a professional member or friend, by filling in our contact form. Do you wish to share more regularly? Consider becoming a content writer for Cyberhive! Contact us and propose your publication timeline, topics, and audience. 

So, what are these publication guidelines?

The publication guidelines are obligated to comply with by any member wishing to publish content. When Cyberhive receives a request, we will check and validate the content with the guidelines before we publish. The guidelines can be found here
