ECSO Matchmaking Events 2025

 

The ECSO (European Cybersecurity Organisation) Matchmaking Events consist of two separate series of matchmaking events, with the objective to support start-ups, SMEs and scale-ups with access to funding and business opportunities and increased visibility: the Cyber Investor Days and the Cyber Solutions Days. These events happen across Europe, and are hosted by local partners, who co-organise them with ECSO. In a Selection Committee, ECSO and its partners select 8 to 12 companies to pitch and compete at each event and, out of these, 2 finalists are then selected by a judging panel to attend the ECSO Awards Finals.  

In the ECSO Awards Finals event the Cyber Investor Days finalists compete for the ECSO STARtup Award, and for Cyber Solution Days finalists for the ECSO CISO Choice Award. This event is a European final to further support European cybersecurity SMEs with increased visibility, networking, funding and business opportunities. It counts with the participation of high-level European players and stakeholders and supports the local start-ups and SMEs in expanding their business and networks across Europe.

Cyber Investor Days

 

ECSO’s Cyber Investor Days are a series of matchmaking events where cybersecurity investors, SMEs and start-ups meet to explore investment opportunities via pitch and training sessions, B2B meetings and other networking activities.

Mission

• Foster innovation and growth in the cybersecurity ecosystem by connecting visionary start-ups, scale-ups and SMEs with investors, potential buyers and integrators through our cutting-edge matchmaking events – Cyber Investor Days (CIDs) and Cyber Solution Days (CSDs) Events.​

• Raise visibility of European start-ups and scale-ups by organising the ECSO Awards Finals, consisting of the ECSO Start-up Award and ECSO CISO Choice Award. This is the final between the nominees of the local editions, and gathers a European audience of Investors, CISOs and integrators.​

• Foster innovation and market growth by facilitating connections between start-ups and SMEs and potential investors, buyers, and strategic partners.​

• Share knowledge by hosting thought-provoking sessions to discuss critical challenges and trends between industry leaders, experts, and participants. ​

Cyber Solution Days

 

ECSO’s Cyber Solution Days is a series of events organised all over Europe. Whether you are a cybersecurity solution provider, integrator, or end-user Cyber Solution Days provides opportunities to connect with others in the European cybersecurity industry and learn from one another’s experiences. This initiative brings together the most brilliant minds in the European cybersecurity sector to address current crucial challenges in the European cybersecurity industry.

ECSO’s Cyber Solution Days generate meaningful dialogues between end-users, integrators and cybersecurity providers in a relaxed and tailored setting. Thus, fostering information-sharing and collaboration in Europe. ECSO seeks to bridge the gap between the demand and supply side of the European cybersecurity market through valuable networking opportunities.

Ultimately, the event also strengthens Europe’s cybersecurity market and overall cybersecurity posture.
